a. 360 Degree Virtual Reality Tours Synopsis: When served by Red Dart, each of your listings will receive a full 360 degree tour of the entire exterior and interior of the property. Your existing and potential clients will be impressed by their property listed on your website in a full 360 virtual reality tour. Whether existing clients, or new potential clients everyone will be impressed with this amazing technological service. This 360 Degree Virtual Reality Tour will also be listed through your MLS listings! A sign rider will be used at each of your properties to encourage potential buyers to visit your site and take a virtual tour! e. Access to all Virtual Reality Images and Still Images Synopsis: With each listing, you will receive dozens of still and quicktime VR images for you to Download. You will be free and encouraged to use these images in any additional marketing material or personal production.
2. A Professional Online Presence: Synopsis: As a client of Red Dart you will receive a comprehensive constantly updated website which includes your personal information, a welcome video, listing details, contact details, and property search function. In addition, your website will be submitted to search engines to optimize presence and encourage new leads. Finally, upon your decision, Red Dart will manage your adWords account with google for additional prospecting and new lead generation. 3. A Professional Property Presence: Synopsis: Making the right impression to potential clients is important! When you choose to be served by Red Dart Real Estate Marketing you will receive the following resources for use at your property's locations:

Six images, a brief description and property stats accompany your contact details and image on these gorgeous full color PDF Flyers. 3. Cost:
All of the aforementioned services provided by Red Dart cost $495.00 plus tax, per house listed. Separately, if you would provide these services on your own it would cost over $1,300.00 (note the following.)
$299 - FM Broadcasting Unit
$200 - Four Professional Voiceovers set to music
$149 - Professional photo shoot
$249 - Complete 360 Virtual Reality Tour
$149 - Flash Slide Show Produced
$850 - Production of Full Color PDF Brochure
$750 - Website Build ($1500 total cost, divided by an average of 25 listings per year.)
$950 - Website updates for every listing including search engine optimization and production of RSS feed.
Total Cost without Red Dart: $1,301 plus tax
Total costs with Red Dart: $495.00 plus tax
Pay at Escrow
Finally, and most importantly, as a real estate professional, these costs will be due at closing and paid through escrow. Their are no up front costs. (If the property does not sell within three months, balance will be due at that point.)
